1951 Fender Tweed Deluxe 5A3 Vintage Amplifier. 
This amp sounds incredible. Absolutely perfect for either home, small gigs, or the recording studio. Clean & clear at a low volume, and the best tweed break up tone you'll ever hear when cranked!! 
All three inputs sound different, all great tones with their own unique characteristics. Incredibly responsive as well. This is as good as it gets...

Sought after by collectors of vintage Fender amps, this rare amplifier was made during the birth of the company and the introduction of the 1951 Fender Telecaster later that year set them on a path that was to define music itself for the next 70 years and beyond.

Some fraying on the tweed covering around the corners…as would be expected in an amp over 72 years of age. But it is still in very good condition all things considered.
The main thing is this amp sounds superb. Simple control layout. Three knobs and three inputs. Couldn’t get any easier. Plug a Les Paul into the microphone input and turn it up and it is the sound in your head and the tone you’ll remember hearing on a lot of old classic rock records (very close to those very early ZZ Top records). Crank it and hit it with a fuzz face and you won’t believe your ears. 
Only parts that have needed it have been replaced. Updated Electrolytics and 3-prong lead for safety reasons.
No need for mucking about with step down transformers either. This one runs on 240volt! 
It  even has the 1950’s tubes which still work and sound great (recently checked and tested when I had the amp serviced). It’s had about two hours playing time since it was serviced and given a clean bill of health. Good to go for another 72 years. 😊
