These "lawsuit" Greco Les Pauls are rare finds, especially higher-end models such as this one. I’ve owned (and still own many Gibson guitars) and these Greco’s easily hold their own.
In 1978 the EG-800 was top of the line with its mahogany body, maple neck and dark ebony  fingerboard. 
For its age, this guitar is in good cosmetic condition .  As with any instrument that has been played, it has minor marks and scuffs, but these imperfections fail to take away anything from its beauty or playability. 
The cream binding has started to get that yellowing you get on vintage guitars through the natural aging process. Looks killer. 
This guitar is the perfect player for stage, studio or home and can accommodate nearly any genre of music. This guitar is well balanced and comfortable.
It has just been professionally set up and dialed in for optimal playability. 
It has low action with no buzzing or dead spots and is an absolute joy to play. The frets have been dressed/polished and the fingerboard cleaned and oiled. 
All the electronics work flawlessly.

Neck is perfectly straight and the truss rod works with no issues. Intonation is spot-on
It has been professionally set up with nice low action & will come with a new set of strings
